That’s why we took celebrity makeup artist Nina Park, whose clients include Bella Hadid, Hailey Baldwin and Bella Thorne, to Walgreens and asked her to show us the under-$15 base products—those are your foundations, concealers, bronzers and blushes—that work as well as the high-end stuff.
