From the novelty Duck and Coke (roast foie gras and duck confit terrine with pickled mustard seed and coke gelée) and Wagyu Temari (seared MB9 Wagyu beef sushi with arima sansho soy glaze) to guest bartender Karl Too’s crafted cocktails, this Babe x Cuca collaboration, which also features Chef Kevin Cherkas, is one to look forward to.
And with DJ Jason Martin on the decks, there’s no reason to not party the night away. So, slip on a disco-ready dress and have your dancing heels at the ready this weekend.
