Since giving birth to four children, my body has been conditioned to wake up early in the morning. It’s the result of years of breastfeeding, from my first baby Max, then Maya, Mika, and lastly, Myla. Occasionally, Lala [Myla] would get up and ask for another bottle of milk, though we have just managed to wean her off it a few months ago.
