The ever reliable creative director at Dior, Maria Grazia Chiuri lends a helping hand by giving us an insight into the latest Dioriviera collection. The beloved annual tradition is known for introducing joyful designs inspired by Christian Dior’s own affinity for travel. It is also accompanied by in-person experiences in different resorts and pop-up stores around the world, from Cannes Nammos to D-Maris, Hawai’i, and Sanya.
This year, the Maison’s classic toile de Jouy is reimagined in two separate, unique sketches of lush nature as well as a constellation of suns, named Toile de Jouy Sauvage and Toile de Jouy Soleil respectively. For the sporty, adventurous and free-spirited, these variations come in fresh shades of lemon, water green, coral, and powder pink, to set the energetic tone for the season. These acidic hues are splashed on a series of garments and beachwear with exciting silhouettes, from ponchos and pareos to halter tops, as well as iconic accessories, including the Lady D-Lite and Dior Book Tote bags.

Those looking for more understated picks will be pleased to find refined pieces adorned with the two emblematic prints in muted colours or featuring delicate lace details and scalloped edges. The Dioriviera universe also incorporates Mediterranean elegance, such as whimsical straw hats, silk scarves in the iconic houndstooth motif, Dior Sun leather sandals, elevated Dway mules, and the Lady D-Joy bag reinterpreted in beautiful wicker.
