For the first time, the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill is joining in on the Lunar New Year festivities and making sure to bring its classy and contemporary twist to it. The four mains to choose from are the Wagyu Ribeye on the Bone, the Slow-Roasted Lamb Leg, the Truffle Roasted Chicken and the Steamed Turbot on the Bone.
Seared to a luscious deep pink shade, the tender Wagyu Ribeye on the Bone is recommended to be anointed with the rich bordelaise jus. To finish, roasted potatoes and watercress garnish accompany the melt-in-your-mouth meat.
While lamb is a controversial choice of protein for some, the Slow-Roasted Lamb Leg guarantees satisfaction. It is served with fine beans, a zesty salsa Verde and fragrant rosemary jus.
Another standout dish would be the Truffle Roasted Chicken that comes with sweet potatoes, aromatic garlic confit, decadent foie gras and delicate slices of black truffle, finished with a luxurious jus gras.
Should any tradition-oriented or demanding grandmother be present at the table, the Steamed Turbot on the Bone is sure to exceed all expectations. The whole fish is served with an américaine sauce, tender spinach, oyster leaf and a refreshing touch of lemon.

Whether you’re looking for an unconventional Lunar New Year meal or simply happen to be a pizza lover, the Street Feast at Gordon Ramsay Street Pizza is a more humble approach to family meals but equally fulfilling nonetheless. Taking center stage on the menu would be salted eggs—a popular Malaysian condiment widely used in Chinese cuisine. The Salted Egg Wings feature the classic crispy chicken wings enveloped in creamy salted egg sauce and topped with red chilli, spring onions and crispy curry leaves. As for the Crispy Chicken Salted Egg Pizza, guests will find the signature dough base covered in salted egg sauce, crispy chicken chunks, cherry tomatoes, red chilli, spring onions and curry leaves.
