Becoming a gateway to oceanic bliss, the sensorial seafood experience is a theatrical tableside dining journey that opens with a warm focaccia and Le Beurre Bordier brown butter, accompanied by crunchy, crispy chicken skin. Then, a delicate amuse-bouche of scallop tartare with Oscietra caviar ushers in a robust flavour of the sea—creating a wonderful crowning point. Stealing the show is the signature Seafood Tower—a spectacle of Boston Lobster, Alaskan King Crab, Oysters, Tiger Prawns, Pearl Clams and Mud Crab, served with artisanal sauces. We recommend using your hands for the ultimate dining experience and to have a better taste of the symphony of salt and sweetness dancing on your tongue.

At the peak of perfection, food connoisseurs are then treated to a velvety lobster bisque that’s served in a rustic bread bowl—a gastronomic treat that traces its origins to the coastal regions of France.
