It’s all about couture this week

Defying unique conceptions and limits in the realm of dressing, Haute Couture Fashion Week Fall 2025 kicked off with artful masterpieces. Think hundreds of hours of meticulous beadwork, crafting beautiful sculptural silhouettes and defining pure artistry, Haute Couture 2025 is serving looks better than ever. 

Making it more prominent were the attendees who appeared in the front row and on the cobblestone streets, donning their best ensembles, while waiting to see a collection of artistry. The celebrities in attendance included Dua Lipa, Cardi B, Keira Knightley and Hailee Steinfeld. 

But what made the week start off riveting were the silhouettes that appeared on the runway. From Chanel to Iris Van Herpen and Giorgio Armani Privé, all of our favourite designers came to fill up some big shoes with extravagant pieces that we’re dying to get on our hands. On the runway, you’ll spot natural shades of white, ecru, ivory, brown, and black with hints of pastels emerging here and there. In terms of textures and fabrics, you’ll see the likes of leather, satin, embroidered braids, tassels, feathers, chiffon,  bouclé tweed, tulle, taffeta and more. Going towards modernity and freedom of expression, each of the pieces we’ve seen so far projects opulent materials that bridge the gap between femininity and masculinity.

And, it won’t just stop there—there’s more designers who are coming out to play and impress. Zuhair Murad, Miss Sohee, and Germanier, who end the week on Thursday, are among the 27 shows on the calendar.
