Shiseido has named LISA as the new Global ambassador for its ULTIMUNE franchise, marking a high profile new chapter for the Japanese beauty house and its bestselling collection.

Shiseido names LISA its new Global ambassador for ULTIMUNE, launching a three part digital campaign this month.
The partnership brings together one of Japan’s most established beauty houses and a modern cultural force whose influence spans music, fashion and film. Known for her discipline and constant reinvention, LISA reflects the core idea behind ULTIMUNE: supporting the skin’s strength so it can perform at its best over time.
ULTIMUNE has been a cornerstone of the brand since its debut in 2014. Developed from decades of research into the skin’s innate strength, the serum is formulated with Power Fermented Camellia+ and is designed to reinforce the skin barrier while enhancing radiance and smoothness. The latest iteration promises visible improvements in glow and plumpness in just three days, with continued results over time.

The first campaign featuring LISA will launch in February 2026 under the banner “FAST. SLOW. FREE.” Fast refers to results you can see and feel. Free captures the brand’s philosophy of freedom from age, a more nuanced approach to timeless beauty.
