Nestled in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, where modernity meets tradition, Fennel & Co. is writing a new culinary narrative this Ramadhan. All you need to know about Fennel & Co.’s Ramadhan buffet:

Launching on 23 February, this thoughtfully curated experience speaks to the soul of Ramadhan: togetherness, reflection, and the profound joy of breaking fast with loved ones. The menu reads like a love letter to Malay cuisine. Asam Pedas barramundi, with its signature tangy heat, sits alongside the smoky complexity of Kerabu Daging Salai. There’s the comforting embrace of Dalcha, the fiery richness of Masak Lemak Cili Api crowned with duck eggs, and the bold intensity of Sambal Paru. Each dish is served with Nasi Minyak Diraja—a fragrant, regal rice that elevates every bite.

Yet Fennel & Co. understands that tradition needn’t mean convention. A live carving station presents perfectly roasted lamb and chicken, their succulence enhanced by roasted vegetables and aromatic thyme sauce. Arabic-inspired touches—creamy hummus, warm pita, Lebanese bread—weave seamlessly into the spread, offering textural contrast and global resonance. A live noodle station and extensive appetiser selection ensure every palate finds its perfect starting point, while the dessert array provides the sweet denouement every iftar deserves.

What distinguishes this buffet isn’t merely its culinary breadth, but its intentionality. Every detail reflects Fennel & Co.’s understanding that Ramadhan dining is about creating space—for conversation, contemplation and connection. In an era where dining experiences often prioritise spectacle over substance, Fennel & Co. offers something refreshingly authentic: an invitation to slow down, to savour, and to remember why we gather.
