Whether it’s through the elegance of paddock fashion, the distinctive style of high-profile drivers like Lewis Hamilton or the intersection of groundbreaking collaborations, one collection emerges to the top and it’s Y-3 partnering with the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team.
Y-3, a brand so synonymous with avant-garde fashion and high-performance sportswear, takes its signature ethos to the next level. The reveal of the capsule collection at the Fall/Winter 2026 Paris Fashion Week ushered in a new era for the house. And this time, the full collection is unveiled with a campaign that’s just as dynamic, featuring drivers George Russell and Kimi Antonelli, along with Team Principal and CEO Toto Wolff.
Through the lens of Y-3’s unique artistic vision, these drivers step into a realm that marries the high-octane energy of racing with the experimental aesthetics of avant-garde fashion. Set against the rich backdrop of dusk, the campaign captures the thrilling essence of racing. As the sun dips below the horizon and lights cast an ethereal glow, the campaign evokes a visceral connection to speed and precision through an interplay of warmth and stark brightness, mirroring the sparks from brakes and flashes across the track.
At the heart of this collection lies a motif steeped in Japanese mythology—the Wolf. A beautiful symbolisation of speed, instinct and bravery, the Wolf motif is a homage to the beloved artwork that once adorned the adidas F50 Tunit football cleats back in 2006.

Today, it makes a dynamic return, making its mark across jerseys, tees, and a balaclava. Notably, other pieces from the collection evoke a sleek monochrome feel, with graffiti touches and smoke billowing across the relaxed silhouettes.
A notable collection that opens a new chapter for the motorsport and fashion realms, the collection is crafted in collaboration with adidas and the iconic racing team, which will make its triumphant debut at the Japanese Grand Prix on the Suzuka circuit.
