Gucci Announces Aespa’s Ning Ning as New Global Ambassador

Luxury fashion cannot get enough of k-pop.

Aespa’s Ningning is the new face of Gucci

Since the debut of their digital single Black Mamba in 2020, South Korean all-girl group Aespa has become a global phenomenon. The members–Karina, Giselle, Winter, and Ningning–have set themselves apart by incorporating a futuristic style, both in their hyper-pop sound and aesthetic, as well as its international appeal. Each member has their own strength; Ningning, the youngest member of the group, is recognised for her strong stage presence, vocal talent, and distinctive artistic identity.

In February, the 23-year-old k-pop star was spotted on the front row of Demna’s Autumn/Winter ’26 show, Gucci Primavera, at Milan Fashion Week. Ningning and Gucci now take their relationship to the next level.

Gucci announces Ningning as its latest global brand ambassador. The appointment comes ahead of Aespa’s new album, Lemonade, slated for a May 29 release.

To the excitement of her fans around the world, Ningning will be taking part in a range of Gucci events and initiatives in the coming months. “I’m honoured and excited to be named a Global Brand Ambassador for Gucci, a brand with over 100 years of craftsmanship. I grew up fascinated by Gucci and it doesn’t feel real that I get to help bring the House’s designs to new generations and tastes,” says Ningning.
