Margot Robbie has been revealed as the latest Chanel ambassador. The actress – who has been nominated for Best Actress at this year’s Academy Awards – will also wear the house on the Oscars red carpet tonight.

This is the first big fashion contract that Robbie – who both starred in and produced I, Tonya – has landed. The actress has worn the French fashion house on the red carpet on numerous occasions recently, including for the Oscar nominees luncheon and for the Critics’ Choice Awards this year.

As well as announcing that Robbie would become an ambassador for the house, Chanel has revealed that the actress will be wearing a Chanel haute couture gown for the 2018 Oscars, designed Karl Lagerfeld.
