Elsa Hosk has been announced as the Angel chosen to model the Fantasy Bra at this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. The lingerie giant also announced that the bra has been designed by Atelier Swarovski.

The Swedish model has been a Victoria’s Secret Angel since 2015 and has been walking in the show since 2011. She is taking the reins from Lais Ribeiro, who modelled the design last year.

According Victoria’s Secret, this year’s fantasy bra has been valued at $1 million. The bra and body chain are adorned with over 2,100 Swarovski diamonds in a sterling silver bra silhouette. The set took over 930 hours to create and has over 71 carats with the centre piece.

For the first time ever, customers will be able to purchase a version of the fantasy bra (made with real Swarovski crystals). It will cost $250 and will go on sale this month.

Previous names to have been chosen to model the fantasy bra include Jasmine Tookes, Lily Aldridge, Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio. Last year, Lais Ribeiro wore the embellished creation.

This year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show will take place on Thursday in New York City. With models including Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner and Winnie Harlow confirmed, it looks to be just as exciting a spectacle as ever.
