The crux of every bag lies in a phone. Admittedly, I’m a sceptic when it comes to foldable phones. But, after seeing it in action, no other phone has captured our hearts quite like Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip4 – and here’s why it’s sure to capture yours, too.
Tough Build
Foldable smartphones are notoriously delicate since it has moving parts, so the risk of critical damage is more severe in these devices. Indeed quite the minimalist gizmo with its ultra-compact design and 6.7 inch screen, it’s a good thing Samsung has built the new Galaxy Z Flip4 tougher than before. With the slimmer hinge, straightened edges, contrasting hazed back glass, and glossy metal frame, this design is their most refined yet.

It notably comes with two new colours including Pink Gold and Blue34 on top of the already available colours Bora Purple and Graphite. What’s not to love? The new foldable is a multitasking powerhouse. The new Taskbar11 provides a layout similar to your PC, offering access to your favourite and recent apps easily when you’re on the go. Popular apps such as Chrome and Gmail now support the drag-and-drop feature, allowing users to quickly copy and paste links, photos, and more from one application to another. Perfect for those workaholics!
Adding to that, The Galaxy Z Flip4 has also expanded to a 3,700mAh battery, making it easier for people to connect, watch, and capture without needing to charge all the time. Self-Expression Tool
The Galaxy Z Flip4 builds on the success of its upgraded camera experience and unique content-creating features. Fortunately, Samsung has made some improvements in this department. Impressively, the compact clamshell design offers us to shoot photos and videos hands-free. With an upgraded camera equipped with a 65 per cent brighter sensor4, photos and videos are crisper and more stable – day or night – allowing content to be even more immersive and distinctive. The Z Flip4 can also take high-quality selfies right from the Cover Screen by leveraging the primary camera with the upgraded Quick Shot.
Creative Customisation
For those who love to make things personal, the new foldable allows the users to customise the phone inside and out. They can curate their phones to complement their style with custom fonts, icons, and designs. You can even curate the Cover Screen with new clock designs and backgrounds in various formats such as images, GIFs, and video.
