The champagne carpet at the 2023 Oscars served up plenty of eye candies who pulled out all the stops with their beauty looks. The 95th Annual Academy Awards kicked off at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, California and the star-studded ceremony honoured the year’s best performance on film.
