As part of our three-day BAZAAR Beauty Experience at The Exchange TRX, we hosted a handful of exclusive masterclasses that allowed our readers and Friends of Bazaar to come and learn from some of our trusted experts. Thoughtfully collaborating with Lancome, we put together an afternoon of uncovering the brands bestsellers and award winners.

Collaborating with celebrity makeup artist Ummi Nasir, she led the way and treated twenty lucky guests to an intimate session on how to achieve the classic Lancôme look. Under her expert guidance, attendees were taken on a transformative journey, learning how to achieve the quintessential Lancôme image—timeless, elegant, and effortlessly chic.

Ummi began by emphasising the importance of a flawless skincare base, introducing guests to Lancôme’s award-winning products. She highlighted the Advanced Génifique Serum, a cult favourite that enhances the skin’s radiance and youthful glow, and the Absolue Soft Cream, known for its luxurious texture and ability to restore skin’s elasticity and moisture.

Next, she moved on to the makeup base, featuring Lancôme’s Teint Idôle Ultra Wear Foundation, an award-winning formula that offers full coverage while maintaining a natural finish. The session then introduced the latest innovations: the Teint Idôle All Over Concealer and Teint Idôle Ultra Wear Stick, both praised for their seamless blendability and long-lasting wear.

For the eyes, Ummi demonstrated the power of Lancôme’s Lash Idole Mascara and Idole Liner. The mascara, celebrated for its lash-lifting effect, and the liner, known for its precision, created a mesmerising eye look that was both bold and sophisticated.

Finally, she completed the look with a choice of either the L’Absolu Rouge Intimatte Liquid Lipstick or the new Blushing Nudes Collection, both offering a perfect blend of colour and comfort. The finishing touch was a spritz of Idôle Eau de Parfum, Lancôme’s latest fragrance that encapsulates modern femininity with its floral and musky notes.
