BORNTOSTANDOUT® Collaborates with TXT YEONJUN

One for the TXT Fans.

BORNTOSTANDOUT® has built its reputation on challenging how fragrance is typically framed. Founded with the idea of rebellion as a mindset, the brand approaches scent as a form of self-expression that does not need to follow convention or hierarchy.

A closer look at NO LABELS, the fragrance collaboration between YEONJUN and BORNTOSTANDOUT®.

This outlook makes its collaboration with YEONJUN a considered one. Debuting the scent NO LABELS, it was developed in close partnership with the artist and draws from the same period of self-exploration that shaped his first solo album. Rather than translating music directly into scent, the fragrance reflects a state of mind. It centres on how YEONJUN views himself as an artist, particularly in moments where definition feels unnecessary or restrictive.

The idea behind NO LABELS is rooted in duality. YEONJUN has often moved fluidly between softness and intensity, and the fragrance mirrors this balance. It does not aim to present a singular image, but instead acknowledges that identity can shift depending on context and emotion.

The scent itself is composed by perfumer Alex Lee and unfolds with a restrained warmth. Notes of rum and cardamom introduce a gentle heat, while saffiano leather adds texture and structure. As it settles, saffron, milk, jasmine and lily of the valley soften the composition, lending a quiet smoothness without diluting its edge. The base of leather, tonka bean absolute and white musks remains close to the skin, leaving a subtle, enduring trail.

NO LABELS reflects a shared approach between brand and artist. The collaboration allows space for personal interpretation, echoing both YEONJUN’s evolving artistic identity and the brands ideals on individuality.
