Laura Mercier Partners with Malaysia Aviation Group As Official Cosmetics Partner

We headed to KLIA to preview a new collaboration between Malaysia Aviation Group and Laura Mercier, one that brings a refined update to the signature look of the Malaysia Airlines cabin crew. The partnership sees the French beauty brand appointed as the airline’s official cosmetics partner, with a focus on enhancing the crew’s grooming and professional presentation in-flight.

At the heart of the collaboration are two signature looks, specially created with Laura Mercier’s global artistry team. Designed for long-haul comfort and a flawless finish, both looks are built around the brand’s bestselling Caviar collection—known for its long-wearing textures, rich pigments, and ease of use.

Look One features the Caviar Stick Eye Shadow in Rose Gold and Dusk, paired with the Caviar Smoothing Matte Lipstick in either Scarlet Velvet or Rosewood Silk. It’s a refined, sculpted look that easily transitions from day to night.

Look Two offers a slightly softer touch, using Rose Gold and Forbidden Rose for the eyes, and the moisturising Caviar Hydra-Crème Lipstick in Broadway or Madison for a radiant finish that lasts throughout the flight.

This partnership goes beyond make-up. Crew members will receive tailored training on application techniques, grooming best practices, and confidence-building—all part of MAG’s continued investment in service excellence. As the face of Malaysian Hospitality, how the crew presents themselves is a key part of the experience—and now, with the added touch of Laura Mercier, that experience is more polished than ever.
