Why dress for others, when you can dress to impress yourself?” – Diane Chia

If you’ve got it, flaunt it, and who fully embodies that saying than the vivacious Diane Chia? The 33-year-old is not only an instrumental part of the expansion of Malaysia’s leading fitness pass app, she is also 100 percent #bodygoals, working a tweed Chanel suit on set and revealing her toned abs as she moves about in different positions for the shots. “I’m usually dressed in activewear on any given day,” says Diane, whose professional journey spans three career paths and two countries. “But when I dress up, I tend to gravitate towards vintage pieces with a masculine twist.” Here, she emulates the inimitable Mademoiselle Gabrielle Chanel, fashion’s OG renegade who challenged women to wear the pants. “What do I think of the 21st-century woman?” she muses. “It’s empowered women, empowering women.”
