After a month of shows, the autumn/winter 2019 catwalk season has drawn to a close – and with it comes a whole host of new trends to have on your radar. While bright and sunny yellows seem to be the colour of the new season, feathers are certainly the fancy touch you'll be adding to your wardrobe. Enormous bags were everywhere, shoulders got the puffy treatment and the bucket hat had a very luxurious makeover.

10 Butterscotch Beige

It might have been a big trend for SS19 (and one that was heavily adopted by the street stylers), but there is no denying that not-so-boring beige was everywhere again. Shown in head-to-toe incarnations at Jil Sander, Burberry and Max Mara, the colour was also given an evening spin at Valentino and was mixed with other earthy tones at Fendi. It’s an easy one to adopt and a trend that will stand the test of time.
