3 Puffy power shoulders
Shoulders were big on the autumn/winter 2019 catwalks, but not in a harsh and padded kind of way, with designers instead adorning dresses and shirts with exaggerated, puffy shoulder detail. At Richard Quinn, Giambattista Valli and Alessandra Rich, the girly touch accentuated already feminine, floral designs, while Givenchy and Alexander McQueen used the puffy sleeves as a fun contrast to some sharp tailoring.
