Iconic ‘Emily in Paris’ looks paying tribute to Audrey Hepburn
The Masquerade Ball
This iconic black-and-white look draws inspiration from Truman Capote’s 1956 Black and White Ball, with nods to Audrey Hepburn, who appears in the film version of the play. Adding allure and a touch of mystery, this particular look was designed by Harris Reed, the creative director of the French heritage house Nina Ricci.
The iconic Après ski outfit
Taking a subtle nod to fashion icon Audrey Hepburn, this particularly head-to-toe après ski look draws inspiration from the 1963 movie ‘Charade’. The memorable look includes a mod faux fur cossack hat, which is styled with a matching mock-neck top and a knit hood.
Emily in Rome
You can never miss an opportunity to reference Hepburn’s role in the ‘Roman Holiday‘ with a blue and white polka dot off-shoulder blouse, denim shorts and penny loafers. For a quirky touch, Fitoussi adds a red butterfly backpack and styles her hair up by tying a matching blue scarf.
In case you missed it, here’s everything you need to know about ‘Emily in Paris‘ new villain, Genevieve.
