And she dripped in diamonds.

Pink has been inescapable lately.
This season, all the celebrities seem to be donning monochrome looks pulled from the pink spectrum, whether in electrifying hot pink or a subtle rosy blush. Now, Hailey Bieber is the latest to get in on the trend.
On Instagram yesterday, the model shared photos of herself in a bubblegum pink look that channeled Barbie—with a twist. She wore a satin minidress from Versace that featured a body-hugging, corseted bodice and the Italian house’s signature golden logo on the straps. She upped the ante with sky-high platform ankle boots in white from Naked Wolfe. Finally, she capped the look off with layers of gold and diamond Tiffany & Co. necklaces.
“Having a little extra fun today 💕💗💖💞🎀🎀,” she captioned the pictures.
So far, pink has dominated Hollywood and street style color palettes. Bieber is far from the first celeb to make a fashion statement while relying on the eye-catching hue; others like Megan Fox, Khloé Kardashian, Penélope Cruz, and Doja Cat have also packed a punch in all-pink ensembles.
Valentino’s recent fall/winter 2022 collection may have been a precursor to the trend. Creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli doused 40 different runway looks in his Valentino Pink PP, an explosive shade of hot pink developed by Pantone color specialists. Since, a not insignificant number of A-listers have repped the signature pink pieces on the red carpet, including Zendaya, Anne Hathaway, Gigi Hadid, and Nicola Peltz.
“Stripping the palette down to a single hue, relentlessly, [Piccioli] does more with less, maximizing expressive possibilities in the apparent lack of possibilities,” the house’s show notes explained at the time.
