Her Origin Story
If that sounds like an origin story, it probably is. Because from those moments of solitude sprang a need to connect—and Heart World, her self-produced reality show, is that avenue where she lets it all hang out. In a way, Heart World serves as a kind of beautifully lit confessional video, and the series lifts the curtain on her life in a way that’s honest without being maudlin.
“People always ask, ‘Why do you want to show a side that is so vulnerable? Why show the world all the things that broke you?’ But I say, why not? I’m proud of the fact that I got through it, and that I saved myself.”

The show is part lifestyle, part soul-searching. Season one followed her as she navigated love, work and healing. The second season, she says, will go even deeper. “I want to show more of what goes on at home, more of the real stuff,” she teases, explaining that at press time, she’s also busy working on season two.
Throughout our hour-long chat, one can’t help but feel something bubbling up: it’s clear that this new chapter in Heart’s life is guided by intention over ambition. When I bring that up, she highlights how her definition of what is deemed “success” has changed as the years slip by.
“I’m not chasing relevance anymore,” she says. “I don’t need to cling on to people because I’m lonely. For me, my idea of success is when you can sleep peacefully, knowing you’re going to be okay. And that’s enough for me!”
