In preparation for such momentous nights in showbiz, we have compiled a list of six celebrity names that are redefining contemporary fashion, whether on the red carpet or in their off-duty wear.

Doechii
2024 was a defining year for Doechii—from the release of her Grammy-winning rap album Alligator Bites Never Heal and collaborating with Tyler, The Creator, to delivering viral performances like at NPR’s Tiny Desk concert series and The Late Night Show with Stephen Colbert. Despite her dominance in the music scene, the Florida rapper has also aligned her fashion style to her skyrocketing fame. Working closely with stylist Sam Woolf, Doechii’s style is described as androgynous preppy featuring recurring labels like Thom Browne, Miu Miu and Willy Chavarria.
Mikey Madison
Ever since Mikey Madison captured our hearts as Ani in Sean Baker’s Anora, the star’s appearances on red carpets have become more frequent—and her looks do not disappoint. With the help of stylist Jamie Mizrahi—who also works with Jennifer Lawrence, Adele and Jeremy Allen White–, Madison has cemented her style in minimal and classic silhouettes which reflect the actress’s gentle and charming disposition. Another artist who’s been on our radar lately is neo-soul singer Olivia Dean. With a compelling stage presence and effortless charisma, the singer has become an inspiration to many for the cool-girl aesthetic. If it wasn’t for her viral dance break for her single Water, it could have been her heads-turning debut at the 2024 Met Gala, which brought the South African singer to our attention. At the fashion’s biggest event, the world watched Tyla in a dress made out of sand and the creative director of Balmain, Olivier Rousteing, make history with a pair of scissors that transformed a full-length gown into a mini dress. It’s clear that popstar princess Addison Rae isn’t afraid of experimentation when it comes to fashion. Her VMA’s red carpet look is a prime example. Donning a custom white lingerie set by Miss Claire Sullivan, which became one of the most talked-about looks of the night, the Diet Pepsi star paired the set with a show-stopping voluminous and flouncy tulle tutu alongside silky ivory peep-toe heels.
