Onitsuka Tiger’s new line, The Onitsuka, has opened its first Southeast Asia flagship store in Singapore. Recently, BAZAAR travelled to the lion city to catch Onitsuka Tiger’s Autumn Winter 2024 Collection exclusive preview. While there, we took the opportunity to explore the store.

Located on level 1 of ION Orchard, the boutique boasts not only great offerings but also a stunning shopping space. Its interior features a neutral palette of black and white with striking red accents, which sets the perfect backdrop for its products. Upon entering, a display of unique, one-of-a-kind dress shoes welcomes shoe lovers. Aside from that, you’ll also find collections of bags, accessories, and apparel throughout the store.

What’s the hype about?

Apart from the striking designs and colour ways, Onitsuka Tiger has long gain traction for its quality and comfort. The brand garners much-deserved attention both online and on the streets. The Mexico 66, for instance, showcases the brand’s commitment to quality. Named after its Olympic Line created in 1966, the shoes were specially designed for the Japanese team at the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico.
