On top of motocross and training for her upcoming Muay Thai competition, Ahirine Ahirudin is also a rising star in the acting biz and juggles it all gracefully.
“There’s no easy way out. I simply must allocate my time accordingly. For example, I’ll dedicate my Mondays for motocross, Wednesdays for acting class and all day in between for muay thai. On top of that, I will usually pick a day in a week to rest,” she shares.

How would you describe yourself?
Crazy, but not too crazy.
What is your favourite time of day?
Getting a good night’s sleep helps the body recover after a long, tiring, fulfilling, or stressful day.
From having a passion for motorcross to muay thai, what inspired you to fall in love with the sport?
I find inspiration in the stories of other women who share my passions. Their experiences have taught me that strength is not innate but something we can cultivate through our actions and discipline. The sports I am drawn to are often intense and exhilarating, reflecting my adventurous and passionate nature.
Is there a particular icon that you admire or look up to?
Tan Sri Michelle Yeoh.
How are you preparing for the upcoming fight with your muay thai competition?
I have done everything in my power to prepare for this. I have trained rigorously, given myself daily pep talks in front of the mirror, and avoided unhealthy habits that could hinder my performance. At this point, I am as prepared as I possibly could be. Of course, the outcome is uncertain, but I am determined to give it my all.
Congratulations on your latest film ‘Tebus’ – how does it feel showcasing some action-packed scenes in this film?
It feels great! I love it when movies portray women as being able to fight. It feels empowering, and I hope to give all my viewers an entertaining time!

I would like to see myself settled down and satisfied with all I have done today. Of course, fitness will need to go for good health, but I don’t think I want to have an intense life when I’m older. I’d like to be healthy, content and happy.
