Bacha
Bacha Coffee is no stranger to coffee enthusiasts. The renowned coffee brand from Marrakech has now opened its doors in the heart of KL city, Suria KLCC. The 7,000 square feet space offers the ultimate Bacha Coffee experience, which includes a boutique, a takeaway counter and a spacious coffee room to bask in the ambience. With over 200 varieties of loose coffee beans, you’re in for a ride with every sip.

Koppiku
Need a quick cuppa? If you’re in Solaris, Mont Kiara, be sure to keep a lookout for the airstream caravan parked outside Plaza Mont Kiara. Splashed in silver and pastel green tones, the coffee company recently launched their menu, promising delicious brewed coffees sourced from Brazil and Papua New Guinea. For the traditionalist, you can go ahead and try the classics such as Americano, Cappucino and the Koppiku Latte. Other speciality beverages from the menu include drinks we grew up with but with a twist. You’ll find Nestum Latte, Milosaurus, Bandung Latte and more. To accompany your drinks, order their nasi lemak bungkus and sweet treats.

Liserra Coffee
Escape into a moment of peaceful solitude at Liserra Coffee, located in the bustling centre of TTDI. Treat yourself to a variety of beverages, including cooling coffee mocktails and refreshing fruity sips. Classic options like dirty lattes and espressos are also available for those who prefer them.

Fine Gerson
If you reside in Subang Jaya, consider adding Fine Gerson to your list of cafes to visit. The name ‘Fine Gerson’ comes from the partnership between Gerson Batik and Fine Coffee & Flowers. This gorgeous cafe offers top-quality batik designs as well as expertly crafted coffees. While you’re there, don’t forget to try their lemon madeleines to go with your drink.

Pejam Mata Cafe
Be prepared to be whisked away to a peaceful place. Lastly, on our new cafe guide in KL for October 2023’s edition is Pejam Mata Cafe. This beautiful space will make you feel right at home with its cosy atmosphere. Despite its vintage 70s vibe, the food is anything but old-fashioned. The menu offers a range of delicious fusion dishes, such as Lamb Briyani Pasta and signature desserts like Teh Tarik Creme Brulee. And while you’re there, be sure to capture the moment and snap some photos – every corner of the cafe is Instagram-worthy.
