This year’s Ramadhan Buffet at The Cobalt Room features a combination of Thai and Malaysian dishes. The exclusive spread is specially curated by Thai Master Chef Rasikan from Shook! The festive menu showcases her gastronomic creations inspired by The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui Pak Tai Restaurant.

With a fusion of both local Malay delights and delectable Thai cuisine, you are in for a scrumptious surprise.

From distinctive dishes like Murk Ka-Taim Pring Thai (Wok-fried Squid with Garlic Pepper Sauce) and Gaeng Massaman Kae (Lamb Massaman) to the much-loved favourites of Phad Ka Phow Gai (Minced Chicken with Spicy Basil Sauce), Tom Yum Goong and Phad Tai Goong Sod.

The buffet spread offers 50 varieties of appetisers, mains and desserts including local Malaysian specialities to choose from, there is something for everyone to savour at this delectable festive feast.
