This limited menu, available from 20 to 30 December, features influences from the joyous season with Nobu’s signature flavours. The seven-course omakase experience is crafted to perfection with its vibrant, rich and citrusy flavours. Your evening will begin with a serving of Japanese Fresh Oysters topped with Jalapeno Dressing and Maui Onion Salsa. The next course includes a Kinmedai Calamansi Honey dish, followed by a fresh selection of Nobu Style Sushi (Toro, Kanpachi, Mongo Ika and Botan Ebi), Langoustine Sobagaki, Wagyu Figs Teriyaki with Burnt Cauliflower Puree, Soymilk Ozoni and ends with a sweet delight – Cherry White, a cherry compote laced with white chocolate mousse.
