Shayk kept her pregnancy private when she made her Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show debut. The model even sneakily wore ensembles covering her stomach for the show. “No one suspected backstage” that Shayk was pregnant, a source at VS told People.

News that she and Cooper were expecting their first child together didn’t break until after she walked the runway.
