Highlights from the selection include the Baked Honey-glazed Chicken served with the Chef’s signature plum sauce, the Roasted Rendang Minang Smoked Barbecue Beef Ribs served with rich spices, Xinjiang Whole Lamb with Bukhari Biryani Rice and Gulai Assam Rong-style Claypot Roasted Duck.
