International property and infrastructure group Lendlease is developing the new lifestyle epicentre of Kuala Lumpur, the 17-acre The Exchange TRX.
The Exchange TRX is a lifestyle precinct situated in the heart of the city-defining development that is the Tun Razak Exchange, Malaysia’s first master-planned financial and lifestyle centre modelled after Canary Wharf in London, Marina Bay in Singapore, and the International Financial Centre in Hong Kong.
Global in vision and international in placemaking design and sustainability standards, The Exchange TRX, within its precinct, houses Malaysia’s first Kimpton Hotel, six premier residential towers, a low-rise large floor plate campus style office, an event-ready retail destination, as well as a range of cultural and leisure offers. The lifestyle precinct offers socially-immersive experiences with over 400 lifestyle, entertainment and dining outlets, concept stores, and new-to-market brands, all crowned by an activated 10-acre public park known as the TRX City Park.
The Exchange TRX aims to be the benchmark of shopping destinations in Kuala Lumpur, featuring statement store experiences that are on par with globally renowned retail destinations.
