Burger and Lobster KLCC is introducing the Lobster Percik Perfection. A local twist on a classic dish we all love, the limited edition menu is only available from 23 March to 21 April 2023 at the KLCC Outlet only in the Burger and Lobster menu.
Packed with intense flavours, the Lobster Percik Perfection is made up of various components. It features half a fresh lobster coated in aromatic spices that bring out nostalgic memories of the Raya season. The tender and juicy lobster is paired with a tangy and savoury Percik sauce. On the side, diners will find fragrant Butter Rice and a refreshing Mango Salad (Kerabu Mangga) that balances the culinary delight.

As if that wasn’t enough, patrons can feast on the best-selling Surf & Turf Roll. Inside, shredded lobster meat and a scrumptious beef patty are sandwiched between a toasted brioche bun. This is drenched in a rich lemon butter sauce, which has the perfect balance of creaminess and acidity. To wash it down, finish your meal with the Kuih of the Day, which includes a delicious Kurma Tres Leches and the ‘Tropical Sunset,’ a refreshing thirst quencher mocktail, that features a delightful blend of pineapple, hibiscus, and lemonade.
