It’s all good vibes from here on out
After a controversial on-stage stunt done by The 1975, Good Vibes Festival had to cancel their three-day extravaganza. Despite the unfortunate incident, many artists took it upon themselves to make the situation better for their beloved fans. From heartwarming statements and mini-concerts, many of the musicians did everything they could to comfort their disappointed fans.

Here are all the positive things that happened after the festival:
1. The Kid Laroi performs in his hotel lobby
One of the headliners for the festival gave his loving fans a little surprise after the event was cancelled. The Kid Leroi went on social media to tease his fans about performing at a hotel bar. Staying true to his word, the 19-year-old performer and his team set up a small concert in the hotel bar itself where he sang a few of his hit songs.
2. The Strokes working something out to perform in Malaysia
The Strokes were devastated after hearing that their first-ever performance in Malaysia was cancelled. Fans who were waiting for their unforgettable performance for over 20 years were left brokenhearted when the news came out. Nevertheless, faith was restored when lead singer, Julian Casablancas took to Instagram to reassure fans that the band is indeed trying to work something out for them to return and perform.
3. Peach Tree Rascals sang for fans at Jalan Alor

Those who were at Jalan Alor the past weekend got a little treat from the band Peach Tree Rascals. As they had dinner by the roadside, the band decided to sing their hit song “Mariposa” and had a little unplugged session with their fans; giving them a sneak peek of their unreleased songs. The laid-back performance was definitely a wholesome experience for fans.
4. Alexander 23 Met Up With fans at Universal Music Malaysia
The “IDK You Yet” singer surprised his fans at the Universal Music Malaysia office after the whole debacle at Good Vibes Festival. Following the cancellation of the event, the artist stayed in the country for a few days to join forces with his label to do a mini-concert. With the photo session and little concert, Alexander 23 had the opportunity to make up to his fans.
