As if the memorable breakfast wasn’t enough, our senses were further enraptured by the signature Sunday Brunch (12.30 PM – 3.30 PM) at the renowned Flock. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and a ticket, setting the stage for an unforgettable experience. The vibrant ambience was complemented by live music, creating an irresistible invitation to explore the culinary wonders awaiting inside their all-day dining restaurant.
The menu was a gastronomic journey through a plethora of cuisines and dishes, boasting Freshly Shucked Seasonal Oysters, delectable vegetarian small plates, vibrant salads, mouth-watering pizzas, Japanese delicacies, grilled signatures, hot casseroles, and beyond.
Our taste buds danced with delight as we travelled to the grilled station, savouring the Angus Beef Ribs, Pais Barramundi, and the irresistible Chilli Garlic Squid. Each dish was a masterpiece, leaving us utterly enchanted and longing for more. However, their sweet treats were everything we needed to close our food adventure. Our favourites? The Fig Burnt Cheesecake, Jackfruit Panna Cotta, Cincai Soy Pudding, Chocolate Rocher, Almond Coffee Chocolate, and more.
