The history of the Lady Dior :


At the inauguration of the Cézanne exhibit at the Grand Palais in 1995, the First Lady of France gifted the Princess an unreleased Dior Bag, then known as the Chouchou. Princess Diana was then spotted with the bag on several occasions, marking the beginning of its rise as one of fashion’s most iconic handbags, for a period known as the Princesse, before it was officially renamed the Lady Dior.
