Rado Unveils The Captain Cook High-Tech Ceramic Diver Watch

Face the challenges of everyday life in style with Rado’s High-Tech Ceramic Diver Captain Cook Timepiece.

This year, Rado is expanding its popular Captain Cook product line once more. Following the introduction of ceramic models with a transparent dial and a partially skeletonized movement in 2021, these new designs are labelled “Diver.”

This newest evolution of an early classic is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including an 80-hour power reserve and water resistance that meets strict ISO 6425 standards. And with unique colourways and impressive specifications, the new Rado Captain Cook High-Tech Ceramic Diver models deliver a solidly proficient and thoroughly modern take on the brand’s cornerstone dive watch.

As we already know, the Captain Cook family’s latest addition comes in the same 43mm monobloc case in either high-tech ceramic or plasma high-tech ceramic. Although the diameter appears large, the monobloc frame ensures structural stability and reduces the case’s outer dimensions and weight.

The watch is scratch-resistant, hypoallergenic, and soft-to-the-touch ceramic case, the new model boasts ISO 6425 certification, a first for Rado, which is largely outperformed thanks to its 300-meter water resistance.

While the matte ceramic case and this precise movement are cutting-edge today, six colourways are available in the new Captain Cook High-Tech Ceramic Diver, as each one has its own personality, designed to appeal to the taste of true watch enthusiasts.

To give offer a contemporary look, each pair can be paired with a rubber strap or a high-tech ceramic bracelet.

Every man can sport a watch, just like how they are obsessed with cars. The only difference is that a watch collection is definitely easier to maintain and less expensive as a hobby. Keep in mind that a Rado timepiece could be the beginning of a long friendship.
