Malaysia’s biggest sneaker event is back! Taking place from 7 to 8 October 2023 at MITEC (Malaysian International Trade and Exhibition Centre), it is time for sneaker-heads and streetwear enthusiasts to come explore, discover, buy, sell, trade, and share their passion for anything and everything sneaker-related. In collaboration with Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 | Z Fold5, this year’s event features a new music experience, ConcertLAH. Here are five things you need to know about SneakerLAH 2023.
1. Brands to look out for!
ASICS returns to SneakerLAH this year, among other international and local brands such as Skechers, Patta, Keen, Crossover, Against Lab, Futuremade, Nerd Unit, TNTCO, The Capcity and many more.

For K-drama fans, Sketchers Regional Brand Ambasador and Korean Star, Cha Eun-woo, steps into the spotlight with Sketchers The UNO. Melding the unmatched comfort with a burst of colour, Sketchers proudly presents its highly-anticipated lifestyle footwear collection, The UNO, for both men and women, and you can find this new coveted collection at SneakerLAH.
2. Witness some of the rarest sneakers in the world.
Look forward to exclusive exhibitions, such as the Rare Pairs exhibition by renowned local sneaker collector B53 which will give sneaker-heads the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to view some of the world’s rarest sneakers. On top of that, Kicks on Wheels by Motorsport Playground will be showcasing sports cars reimagined as popular sneakers.
3. Brendan Dunne, Matt Welty and Trinidad James host Full Size Run.
Special guests Brendan Dunne and Matt Welty return to SneakerLAH after their last appearance at the event in 2019. They are joined by their co-host Trinidad James, completing the full line-up of hosts from Complex’s popular weekly talk show about sneakers and style.
4. The Patta Experience comes to life.
Patta, an iconic Dutch streetwear brand boasting collaborations with some of the biggest names in sportswear, music and fashion is coming to SneakerLAH. This year, The Patta World Tour, featuring a documentary screening of Patta For Life, will be displayed while Edson Sabajo, the founder of the brand, will be making an appearance.
5. Don’t miss out on ConcertLAH featuring Lee Hi, Alyph, ForceParkBois, Ethan Low and Trinidad James.
As if that wasn’t enough, this year SneakerLAH celebrates local talent by collaborating with Malaysian artist and designer Muntasir Mohamed on the event’s key art and visual theme. Muntasir is well known in the scene for having designed merchandise for various local and international brands like Against Lab and Billionaire Boys Club, as well as huge international artists like Drake, Nas, and Olivia Rodrigo.
