Inside the 2025 BAZAAR Beauty Experience at The Exchange TRX

Our annual BAZAAR Beauty Experience makes its return. Only this time, in collaboration with The Exchange TRX for its Beauty Affairs campaign.

Beauty aficionados gather in droves at the City Avenue, The Exchange TRX. Bigger and better than before, our Beauty Awards 2025 were showcased offline at the heart of KL. This year’s award-winning products were displayed in a thrilling experience that not only showcased our go-to makeup, skincare, tools and more, but it was a journey unlike others.

On the grand launch day of 25 July 2025, the BAZAAR Beauty Experience celebrated the epitome of beauty. The evening began with a grand opening hosted by the BAZAAR team, surrounded by our esteemed Friends of BAZAAR and valued clients. The atmosphere was electrifying as industry luminaries like Velvet Vanity Adlina Nadirah, Siu Lim, Nina Amin, Sherry Amin, Kaarthini, Ghostboy co-founder Cyii Cheng, and more graced the occasion in their finest attire.

With the refreshing spritz from Lillet and delectable bites from Café Kitsuné, the mood was set for an exciting experience. Each guest was given a personalised journey card, adding an interactive element to the event. They had the opportunity to explore various stations (Skin Lab, Glam Station, Scent Discovery, and Hair Atelier), where they had to scan QR codes and answer a few questions to receive tailor-made sample products at the end of their journey.

This year, we had TROVE on board, sharing the best in beauty through their vanity dresser booth in our space. Here’s where you’ll find the award-winning Cellcosmet’s Active Tonic and the rejuvenating Miriam Quevedo Extreme Caviar Exfoliating Scrub Scalp Mask.

 

As the vibrant conversations continued, we surprised our guests with a captivating performance by Malaysian singer liesl-mae, who performed renditions of Billie Eilish’s “Birds of a Feather” and Hozier’s “Too Sweet.”

Next, we welcomed Jessica Leong, Head of Marketing at The Exchange TRX, who shared a few words about the Beauty Affairs Campaign. Following her, our Creative Director, Aziz Draim, took the stage to delve into the Beauty Awards and the BAZAAR Beauty Experience.

That opening weekend, we also hosted a series of beauty masterclasses by Barenbliss with Malaysian celebrity make-up artist Shiyo Joo and NARS, giving our guests the chance to learn about the latest beauty trends, techniques and products directly from industry experts.
