My first experience with Chantecaille takes me back to the height of the 2016 beauty YouTube era, when its Future Skin Gel Foundation and Just Skin Tinted Moisturiser were the products everyone was talking about. They were known for their natural, skin-like finish and the kind of understated elegance that made “barely there” makeup feel desirable.
Founded by Sylvie Chantecaille, the brand was born from a belief that beauty should be both effective and kind: to the skin, and to the planet. Long before “clean beauty” became a global movement, Chantecaille was already leading the way with formulas rich in pure botanicals and powered by plant science.
