Skincare: “It’s all about exfoliation. My favourite is Clinique for Men Face Scrub, because it has enough grittiness to actually make a difference and gives skin a refreshing tingle. I use it at least two to three times a week. If I need some extra love, I’ll use CellCosmet Anti-Stress Mask afterward to make my face glow.”

Hair: In an interview with Byrdie, Schiffer said “I use Schwarzkopf Essence Ultime Lotus Blossom + Colour Protect in the shower to make my hair colour last, whilst also giving it a really healthy look.” She also revealed to Glamour that she’s “a wear-my-hair-down kind of woman, but I don’t like when it’s over-styled, so I stop blow-drying my hair when it’s still slightly damp and let it air-dry the rest of the way. It makes it more lived-in and not so perfect.”

Diet: The Daily Mail quoted Schiffer as saying I am all about health, rather than diet. For example, I eat less dairy and less gluten when trying to be healthy. I find this works way better than totally cutting things out.”

Exercise:  The supermodel also told Byrdie that she works out “by doing long walks with our dogs, tennis, yoga or pilates”.
