Like most models slated to walk in this year’s Victoria’s Secret show, Bella Hadid is in full prep mode. In addition to sharing selfies from the gym almost every single day, Hadid just gave fans a glimpse inside her NYC fridge on Instagram Stories. It’s no surprise at all that her fridge is stocked with tons of healthy snacks and good—all organized and merchandised just like her mom Yolanda would like it. “If anyone wants me to shop and organize their refrigerators I work mornings,” the supermodel captioned the photo. Where do we sign up?
On the top shelf, Hadid stores fat-free Icelandic yogurt in fruity flavors like peach and berry. There’s also raspberry preserves for some sweetness, as well as cashew butter from Whole Foods and almond butter, for plenty of healthy fats. On the middle shelf, Hadid organizes all her beverages: coconut water, kombucha, San Pellegrino, Blueprint juices, and oat milk from Oatly.
The shelf below is home to fresh produce like carrot and celery sticks, pints of raspberries and blackberries, Cava and Hope hummus, and Gotham Greens pesto. In the drawers below, Hadid showed off some apples, cheese, more hummus, and organic uncured salami.
Hadid has been vocal about her love for pizza, and she’s not afraid of carbs. “I’m going to eat pasta right now,” she told People following the VS show two years ago. Her best piece of diet advice? “If you want to have a piece of bread, go have a piece of bread,” she said.
On a typical day when she’s shooting, Hadid told BAZAAR she likes to reach for protein like salmon or chicken and veggies. “If not, then pasta. I like having a good protein meal because I get really tired if I eat too much, so I try to fill myself up with things that will make me feel good. I order a lot of green juices and keep them around on set,” she said. “I have ginger shots in a cooler, and I’ll drink one if I’m feeling low. I’m also a big coffee drinker. I’ll have three espressos before noon.”
Though her fridge is fully stocked at the moment as she prepares to step into a pair of angel wings, that’s not always the case. “I used to make dinner for myself all the time, but now when I leave work I order food,” she told BAZAAR. “Westville is the restaurant I always order from. The sautéed kale is my favorite.”
