Before my treatment began, I met Winnie, my therapist for the session. She asked about my skin concerns and goals, and I told her I wanted to look more hydrated, plump, and glowing. After our short consultation, she decided the Sculpting Facial would be best once she saw how my skin looked without make-up—a treatment designed to lift and define while boosting radiance.

The experience was deeply relaxing. Winnie worked the signature Crème de la Mer across my face and shoulders using long, gentle strokes that eased away any tension. I drifted off more than once during the 75-minute treatment. Despite being in the heart of a busy mall at lunchtime, I could barely hear a sound from outside and felt completely cut off from the noise of the world.
The treatment room itself adds to the comfort. The bed linens are plush, the towel gown is double-lined for softness, and every detail feels considered. When it was time to get ready after the facial, I found a Dyson hairdryer, make-up essentials, and other amenities thoughtfully provided in the room—small touches that made the experience feel complete.
