I come from a ballet background and was in full time training since the age of 9. I then went on to further my training in the UK and began my career as a professional dancer in London. Before I went on tour at 21, I completed my Fellowship Teacher Training in Classical Ballet, Modern Stage and National Tap and trained upcoming Associate Teachers preparing for their exams. I began my career as a professional dancer in London as young adult. Because I grew up with such intensive ballet training, I’m extremely conscious about the body shape any workout gives you. Discovering Xtend Barre was a dream come true because it enabled me to still have the desired long, elongated, sylph like physique of a ballerina.

The beauty about Xtend Barre is it really requires no previous dance training yet builds and develops the right muscles and shape you desire and an energetic class speed. It is an incredible workout that really makes you feel the burn, tones and gets your heart rate going and is something I would love to learn more off and be able to share with students, followers and fans.
