Calling all Crustacean connoisseurs for a true seafood extravaganza! Pince & Pints Restaurant and Bar is paying homage to a Malaysian favourite dish, in conjunction with Merdeka and Malaysia Day: Laksa. Available only for a exclusive period, the Peranakan reinterpretation of laksa is a fine balance of rich flavours, herbs and spices. The broth, made with the lobster head and chunks of lobster meat is simmered for three hours to bring out the natural sweetness of the crustaceans. Comprising of over dozen ingredients such as chili paste, lemongrass, coconut milk, turmeric, galangal, shallot, shrimp paste, the luscious, creamy Lobster Laksa is one to try.
The dish is complemented with a bevy of local ingredients namely, fried tau fu pok, fish cakes, beansprout, egg and half portion of a whole fresh live lobster and alas, a Mint Lime Cooler for a polished finish of fusion at its best. The Pince & Pints Lobster Laksa is priced at RM98++ and the refreshing Mint Lime Cooler is available a la carte for RM18 ++. These limited-edition menu additions will be available from 1st August to 30th September only. Pince & Pints is located at No 32 Jalan Telawi 5, Bangsar Baru.
