Four cities, four weeks, countless shows and plenty of catwalk drama. It's hard to keep track of everything that happened during New York, London, Milan and Paris Fashion Weeks, so here, we have rounded up everything you need to know about the season that was spring/summer 2018.

4 The big debuts

This season saw a number of debut collections for some of the biggest brands in the business.

First up in London, couture favourite Ralph & Russo presented its first ever ready-to-wear collection and it did not disappoint – red-carpet worthy dresses were met with cool metallic separates and show-stopping LBDs. In Paris, Natacha Ramsay Levi presented her first collection for Chloé – which was met with high praise – while Chloé’s former creative director, Clare Waight Keller, made a splash with her first Givenchy show. Jil Sander and Roberto Cavalli also welcomed new designers with exciting first collections.
