Starting this May 2016, Chanel’s most coveted Bijou eyewear collection will be available internationally. Presented during the Métiers d’art Paris in December 2015, the glasses are inspired by Gabrielle Chanel’s favourite flower – the camellia. This year, the Bijou eyewear collection is adorned with camellias designed in a Romansque and baroque style in gold and silvery shades at the temples of the glasses. Paying an ode to femininity and the dolce vita, the frames come in four options ranging from the cat eye, to maxi square and retro butterfly.
