Editors of Harper’s BAZAAR U.S take on Kenzo x H&M

While BAZAAR girls tend toward the idea that black is the new black when it comes to daily style, sometimes all it takes is a hit of color and print to nudge us out of our comfort zones. Enter: Kenzo’s collaboration with H&M. There are zebra prints and tiger faces, patch work details and something we’re calling a “kibomber.” See how four editors style the collection for themselves before it hits hm.com and H&M stores on November 3—and see the full Jean Paul Goude-shot lookbook.

“The bomber continues its reign as the coolest jacket to buy right now. Print isn’t something I normally go for in a jacket, but it’s so cozy and instantly makes jeans more interesting.”

“I’ve always been a fan of a bold pant! I attempted to balance it a bit with a black knit sweater dress, but my vans sneakers still keeps it playful.”

“My wardrobe is comprised pretty much entirely of neutrals so the Kenzo x H&M collection brings a nice welcome pop of color into my closet. When it came time to pick out a piece, I decided to really go for it with a print-heavy floral dress that had a lot of volume and lot of color. To tone it down for my style a bit, I paired it with a leather moto jacket and black platform sandals.”

“I’m not usually one for structured pieces, but I do love a good graphic tee, so this outfit was both risky and safe. In addition to being reversible, the best part about this kimono-bomber hybrid (a “kibomber,” if you will) is that the quilted texture makes you feel like you’re wearing a big cozy blanket. You can easily drape the jacket over any outfit—I chose to layer it with the t-shirt and my favorite mini.”
