Our favourite American PR executive is back–and this time in Rome, carrying a Fendi Peekaboo!
Netflix’s hit series, Emily in Paris is back for its fifth season. It picks up after a turbulent season finale, where Emily Cooper (played by Lily Collins) chooses to escape the chaos of Paris to open Agence Grateau’s new office in Rome after secured a contract with luxury cashmere brand, Umberto Muratori. Who else should be waiting there with her new Italian beau and scion of Umberto Muratori, Marcello Muratori (played by Eugenio Franceschini)? The new season opens with him embracing Emily as she gazes out on her new city.
What can we expect? Our predictions: lingering shots of the Trevi Fountain and Colosseum, messy romantic plotlines, an inevitable musical performance by Mindy Chen (played by Ashley Park), and of course, incredible fashion. Over the years, the show has become synonymous with fashion. Good or bad? You decide! But it always get the conversation going and brands want a piece of the action.
